First off let me say that I've been reading and loving your site for years. Because of this site I've managed to get into the best shape of my life and have fun while doing it! I was wondering, if its not any trouble, to write up a short intense Dragonball training schedule for the summer. I would love to hear from you before the end of june. Thanks again for your awesome writings and don't ever stop posting!

Yeah, I think I'll put something together like that. It sounds pretty cool. I'm so glad that you've gotten into the best shape of your life! That has been the goal of this blog since I started writing it. :D
